Australia Day! Zoe watching playschool, a favorite pastime of hers, and latter that night the 5 aussies got together and had an australian bbq. well it was much too cold for the bbq so we cooked inside =) Most of the other team mates came along too and were happy to celebrate with us. We had there 3 americans, 3 romanians too.

It was one Looooooong day on the plane but when the sky was clear and the sun out I was able to take one last look at Australia and so I took this pic of the northern qld.

After 3 flights I had 6 hours in Vienna before my last flight to Romania. I has able to catch a bus into the city and have a quick look around. A beautiful city, not crowded at all that day, clear sky, cold, but nice =)

Arived at 3:30pm in Timisoara. Was welcomed by some team mates (Bec from australia and Tyler from the US). They took me to my new home here with a local Romanian family. I have a picture here of my lovely room and the view from my window. Christina and Daniel are my host family. They have two boys one is 9 and the other 7. They speak some english so that is nice too =)

The next few weeks I will have time to settle and explore different language learning teachers and centres and also visit and observe the different minsitries the team is involved with. Its lovely and sunny today but still only 3degrees. But its nice. Happy to be here and living with such a great family and being part of a good team. I will meet them all next wednesday at a team meeting. Bye for now =)
